| c) | If you do not have your last six years worth of statements, you will need to send us a cheque or postal order for £10 made payable to your bank. (This is the highest amount your bank are able to charge you for providing the statements). |
| d) | Once we have your letter of authority, we will then start the claim process for you, |

Only when you receive your refund will you need to pay us
