How long will my claim take?
This can vary, but on average will be between 3-5 months.

Can I claim even if my account has been closed?
Yes. You can claim on any account which has had charges applied to it in the last six years.

Is it possible to claim myself?
Yes it is! But most people find it easier to employ a management company
to act on their behalf as it can be quite time consuming.

Do you charge any up front fees?
No. But you will need to make a £10 payment to your bank
in order for them to supply you with the last six years worth of statements.

Will my bank close my account?
The bank should treat your claim sympathetically,
but it may be advisable to open a parachute account just in case.
