Complaints
In the unlikely event you have a complaint; in the first instance please write for the attention of your Client Advisor who will reply within 28 days.
Should you remain dissatisfied please then asked for your complaint to be reviewed by James Woods; who will advise of his findings with 28 days of you requesting such intervention. Thereafter if you still remain dissatisfied you may refer your complaint to the Ministry of Justice whose website may be found at www.claimsregulation.gov.uk
